Let It Be Ridiculously Impossible
Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to be careful with our dreams.
Don't dream too big.
Be realistic.
Stay practical.
Play it safe.
They're messages we've heard so often that they can begin to sound like our own voice.
But what if, just for a moment, you took every limitation off?
What if you allowed yourself to dream without immediately asking whether it was possible?
What if your only job was to notice what your heart longs for?
A dream doesn't arrive because you already know how to make it happen.
A dream arrives because it's pointing you toward something.
Toward who you're becoming.
Toward what matters to you.
Toward a life that feels more fully your own.
That's why dreams often feel impossible.
They're meant to stretch us beyond where we are today.
The beautiful thing is that you don't need to know the entire path.
You only need to see the next step.
That's all life has ever asked of us.
One honest step.
One courageous step.
One step that moves us just a little closer to what we long for.
The rest unfolds from there.
The path won't be straight.
You'll get distracted.
You'll take detours.
You'll wonder if you've made a mistake.
But perhaps those moments aren't interruptions at all.
Perhaps they're preparing you for something you couldn't have learned any other way.
Not everything that looks like getting lost is actually losing your way.
Your dream belongs to you.
It doesn't have to make sense to anyone else.
It doesn't have to benefit everyone.
It doesn't have to earn permission.
If it matters to you, that's enough.
You are enough.
And your dream is worthy of your attention, your commitment, and your care.
There may come a day when you take a step and discover it wasn't the right one.
That's okay.
You're not trapped.
You haven't ruined anything.
You simply learned something true.
And from there, you get to choose again.
Perhaps that's what dreaming really asks of us.
Not certainty.
Not perfection.
Simply the willingness to keep moving toward what feels alive inside us.
Because every step you take reveals the next one.
And every step reminds you that your life isn't meant to be lived from the sidelines.
It's meant to be lived from the inside out.
